Last minute holiday

My dh booked a holiday for our family, which is lovely, but we go on Friday. So it is all a bit rushed getting ready. He thinks we just need some clothes packed, but we have a 7 yr old and 2 year old and I don't want to forget things for them. We haven't had a toddler abroad before. I am ordering stuff from Amazon for the flight. What else do I need to think about?

Unless you're going to the middle of nowhere you can buy anything you forget when you get there. Where are you going, beach / swim?

What do you need for the flight that you need to order? We've just got them to choose a magazine at the airport with some toys in it and packed a couple of other books and sticker books.

If it is warm surely you just pack their summer clothing and can handwash/dry overnight. A few toys for lo.

Beach, pool type holiday. Though we will be exploring the island on trips too.

The flight is 4 1/2 hours, so I didn't think that would cut it for the baby. I ordered some magnetic montessori toys, a busy book, a new book an art pad and crayons. I am going to wrap them all up with some old books and hopefully that will keep her busy for a while.
