Hello, my current plan for when baby arrives is exclusively pump feeding.

I can see schedules online for feeding but what do you do when baby arrives and your milk isnt in? I just cant seem to find any in depth information on it

I did this for 5 months, it was extremely hard. You can still pump and get the colostrum before your milk comes in. You need to do it little and often at that stage, every 1-2 hours at least, including overnight. Don't worry if you don't get much, that's normal. I was getting about 5ml per session at the most then. When my milk came in I suddenly started producing 150mls each time.
