I do need a nap. Only take one at weekends usually though.

1-3pm in our house is quiet time but older one allowed to watch TV on sofa. I go to bed though.

I'd love to take a nap everyday, 3 hours preferably. Does that mean I'm a toddler?

sleep activates growth hormones which is why need more sleep as children and loads in puberty and very little as OAP's as all growing has been done (and shrinking is setting in!!)

bonkerz · 22/04/2008 17:12

snap flum. 1-3 is quiet time here too and we all go upstairs atleast one day at the weekend. DS will be in his room and DD will sleep. I tend to MN or nap!

My toddler doesn't bloody need a nap (or much sleep at night), but I'd rather like one, esp whilst pregnant!
