Am I a failure

Just having a tough day with the kids

my eldest is 2y9mo. I’ve found things hard. He kicks off so much but he does have a slight speech delay so I feel bad and I understand it but it’s so hard I feel like I’m on egg shells sometimes

hes not potty trained and I’m trying he gets so angry at the potty and refuses it and then just gets worked up and holds stuff in

brushing his teeth getting him dressed and nappy changes are a challenge

i have a younger baby too who won’t go to anyone else or she screams

so i feel pulled in every direction and like a shit mum

today rounded off with my eldest throwing a ceramic decoration at my head. It broke off my head and I cried

Being pulled in every direction and feeling like a failure is obviously a norm for all mums of 2 under 3y even 4 y old... I know the feeling it is isn't nice, and I don't like myself not being nice when I feel overwhelmed by both of them... Trying to explore and educate myself as much possible, my favorite quote recently is - whenever your child gets the best of you just look at their tiny hands or feet and remember how small, cute and dependent of you and your care and love at that moment they are 😍
