I keep checking for lumps in my boobs every time I check I keep thinking I find something but it's more digging with my finger than using a flat hand and the panic I feel when I think I feel
Something is awful
I'm 25 and just had my second baby so keep thinking I'm going to get it due to the hormones of having a baby I'm on medication for anxiety but it kid dosnt seem to help everyday I'm feel
Like I'm dying and can't stop checking for lumps it's affecting how I am as a parent just constantly thinking every day with my children is the last and is what I'm feeling a sinsisted lump I only feel with fingertips and have to push very hard to feel it

That sounds really distressing for you. Your health anxiety seems to be dominating your thoughts. You might also want to ask about talking therapy to deal with intrusive thoughts like this? As you’ve just had a baby, you should be able to access the perinatal team for faster access to help- call your health visitor or GP tomorrow morning.

There is also a charity for new mums, Home Start that may be able to help you too:
