Is the snoo smart cot worth it?

Does anyone have experience of using the happiest baby snoo smart cot?

ifs super pricey but have seen some good deals on Facebook marketplace.

our newborn is 3.5 weeks old and we really struggle to get her to settle and sleep / stay asleep unless she’s being held (or being walked in the pram!). I don’t know whether to keep trying and wait it out until it gets better (when?!) but the sleep deprivation is really getting to us!

my main worry with using the snoo is then weaning her off it after the 6 month point if she is already a bad sleeper now - has anyone done this successfully?

Following. Baby is 4 days old and has not slept in her cot or bassinet once - only sleeps on us so staying up in shifts but feels unsafe and can't carry on much longer. We were thinking of trying to rent one for about 100 a month?
