My baby is 4 months old he is always putting his hands in his month and he is dribbling a lot and he has moments where he is screaming like he is in pain does this sound like teething?

4 months is pretty early. Can you feel the teeth coming through?

Yes, and no. Both of mine started this at 4 months, and it continued until 8 months when the first tooth FINALLY popped through.

But every child is different, it might stop and start a few times before you actually see a tooth.

My baby has 100% been teething since 3/4 months, she's 5 months now and no sign of teeth yet but it has gotten worse recently. Some kids are born with teeth so they can start teething at any age!
