My 3 and a half month o has been teething for weeks, when checking his mouth he had a group of white inside his bottom gums, google says Epstein pearls but they should be gone by 3 months and he is over that? Surely not a tooth as it’s on the sides ? But it is hard and he constantly wants to chew on there, hope you can see if photos hard to get
