Hello,
My son has just turned 3. He's been ready as far as I can see to toilet train since 2 and a half. We had two failed attempts and despite trying to be nonchalant about it all, he was quite stressed and didn't like it.
Since then I've left it up to him. The potty is there and on a couple of occasions he's asked to try but he just sits on it and doesn't do anything.
He's starting a new nursery in November and I've heard that potty training around a big change like this isn't a good idea.
Would you give it another bash now or wait until he's settled in his new nursery.
Also has anyone had success just taking nappies away and saying they're all done or is this a bad way to go about it? He's very verbal and chatty so no issues with communication delays or anything like that.
