I have read through the forums but I'm not finding quite what I need! I'm beginning to loose my mind so have come for some help. I'm really sorry if it has been covered and I have missed it!
Let me tell you a tale and set the scene first though!
Me and my ex broke up a few years ago now, he left 3 children and a stack of debt. I have helped him at every opportunity and he has always paid his CMS without issue, sometimes a little less if he has been struggling but that was fine as he was helping in other ways.
He has recently shaked up with a new woman, no issues there let him get on with it. However, maintenance payments have now stopped for the last few months. I'm getting stacks of abuse from his new partner and he has now moved in with her and he barley she's his children anymore. In fact the messages he sent to one of them downright broke my heart!
This is where I am now finding things hard. He refused to give me his new address at all so I couldn't apply for CMS straight out of the gate, one of the kids had to show me where he lived after one of the few visits they had. His new partner has threatened me with legal action complaining that I'm stalking them, I litterally only wanted the address for CMS. I put that on the forms and his work address.
The CMS have been back in touch and said they can't find him :/ they will try again next month and if that is still the same they will close the case. I don't know his NI number, if I go check the drive way for his car for the reg it's bordering on that harassment area again. They refuse to speak to me and even when they do its to hurl abuse and CMS are claiming they can't find him.
What do I do?
