2nd baby want to combi feed
any advice for success?
how many bottles do I need? I have zer0. Only exclusively breastfed baby#1

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I combi fed my first and plan to do the same with my second.

Offer breast first. Then bottle.
I had 7 bottles the first time around. Life would have been easier with more.
Figure out your dishwasher setting for sterilizing bottles. It will make life easier.
Buy a Perfect Prep machine. Sanity saver at 3am with crying, hungry baby.

Following, as I'm in the same boat 🙂

I had 4 bottles for combi feeding but just washed them up and had a rapid cool and UV steriliser. My youngest had a bottle strike after about six weeks and was around six months when she accepted them again my eldest never accepted bottles so be aware they can develop preferences.
I always breastfed through the night to save getting up to sort bottles.
