Random red patches

My 14 month old randomly comes out in these red patches (mainly always on face) he does have a dairy allergy so that's removed from diet but also waiting on further allergy testing. Does any one else's LO come out in these? They pop up and then go within 30 mins.

They look like hives

It looks like an allergy to me. My DS comes out with these type of patches whenever he eats certain sweets for example jelly sweets or sticks.

Do they disappear or are they there all the time?

Thanks for replying!
Oh really, do you know exactly what it is that he's allergic to?
They go down within about half an hour really

I have no idea what he is allergic to but if he eats Haribo or those Moam sweets he has maybe 4 or 5 on his face. They too disappear in about half an hour....

He was dairy intolerant up to about 2, 2 1/2 so wonder if he is just more sensitive to allergens.

Very odd but doesn't seem to bother him.
