Warning before you buy a Cosatto pram 🤦🏼‍♀️

We bought the Wow 2 travel system.

It says on all the websites that it’s “small boot approved” and fits into a Fiat 500.

It bloody doesn’t. We have a Ford Fiesta which has a decent size boot and it simply doesn’t fit. We’re driving around with the frame in the boot and the bassinet in the passenger seat. Completely ridiculous.

Avoid unless you have a massive boot!

Are they talking about the seat stage, not the bassinet stage?

We had the same problem. Also there pram frames are so heavy

Our Cossato buggy was awful. Nice pattern, but it felt flimsy, the steering was pants and I don't think it was comfy.

If I was starting again I'd 100% spend the same money (or less) on a second hand buggy from a more expensive brand.

I take your point - but the Cosatto website only says the chassis is 'tiny boot approved'

In fairness, it does fit in a fiat500...

When we had a big buggy and a small car I used to put it in standing on one end and use a bungee cord to clip it to a head restraint.

Yes, I saw that! The bassinet has been completely disassembled here - it is in fact a rigid frame construction. So this isn’t realistic. An Ikea wardrobe can fit in a car if you disassemble it…

We had a Cosatto Giggle & loved it. Yes, you had to take the bassinet/pram bit off to get it in the boot, but once it has the pushchair attachment it folds without taking off.
So it's not wrong - it does fit, just not fully attached. & it's not that much hassle to unclip & reattach.
The frame on ours was very sturdy - lasted two children.

The Wow 2 frame and bassinet does not fit into the boot unless the bassinet is disassembled. Not just unclipped from the frame!
