13 week old congested for weeks

Hi all, at 11 weeks old my DS got a little snuffle from his older brother, this resulted in a little bit of a runny nose but nothing more. However, at night he was and is still very congested (he is now 13 weeks). He is not snotty anymore, the congestion is not because of mucus, I think it is because of swollen nasal tissue. This is making night feeds very hard for him and causing a lot of discomfort which in turn causes more wakings. We have tried a humidifier which hasn’t helped and he is too young for olbas/Vicks. We have also tried elevating him at night but again, is of limited help. I suppose I’m wondering if anyone else has experience of this and, if so, when did it clear??!! The congestion is still present in the morning but by the end of the day is much better/gone, only to return at night.
Needless to say, I need sleep!!!!!!

Could you put karvol drops on a hanky and put it in his cot?? They used to help my sons when they were smart. Also dissolve some Vicks in a bowl of hot water. Leave in the room, the vapours may help x
