Change of formula needed?

Hi there, first time posting, hoping someone can offer some friendly advice! LO is nearly 13 weeks and has suffered from reflux since birth mostly. We have had a couple of trips to the GP (gaviscon and omeprozole didn’t do anything) but managed to get it somewhat under control after switching from C&G to hipp anti-reflux. We’d gone from 5/6 outfit changes to 1 or 2, it was miraculous at first!

Within the last week we’ve had a lot more sick… I wouldn’t say projectile vomiting but some of it certainly has some force and some of it is mostly what looks like water. LO has also had some runnier stools (had been quite firm due to the thickened formula but never bothered her) and last few days has been waking herself up crying during the night at 45 min ish intervals. She had her 1st set of jabs last week (delayed due to docs not having an appt) and all of this seems to have started since then, but not sure if it could be a coincidence. She’s perfectly fine in herself, no temp or any signs of illness.

Wondering if anyone had any thoughts before I take her back to the GP? It suddenly occurred to me I might need to up her teat size in case she’s sucking too hard and taking in more air than necessary so I’ve just done that and will see what happens! But also wondering if a formula change is needed? Anyone else’s LO’s symptoms suddenly got worse?

Thanks in advance! :)

Jabs can upset them, as can teething. Can put the cot at an angle if reflux is a problem.

Did she have the rotavirus?

Yes! After posting this I did a bit of reading on here and read similar… I guess we just have to ride it out 😓
