Hi, 3 children = 2DS with ex and 1DD with my Partner.
My eldest 2 sons DS go on plenty of holidays through out the year with their dad and will be going on a lavish short trip soon.
Im worried my youngest DD is missing out as we go on a couple of trips a year as a family (including my x2DS) they get double the holidays - approx 6 a year between both houses.

I was thinking about take my DD on a little trip whilst they are away with their dad, i worry my DD is not getting the same experiences, and to even it out a little in number of trips.
But then I'm worried my DS’s would feel like I’m picking kids / left out.
Please help
Thanks

It’s absolutely fine to take her away while they are away with their Dad but it’s also not unfair that they get to go away with their other parent. Two x holidays, christmas presents etc is about the only benefit to separated parents.

My DSD gets more trips away and more presents but she also has to split her time between 2 households and manage all the things that come with separated parents so I see it as one of the few plus points so don’t worry about trying to even it up. Your DD is probably younger so it will even out
