I have a newborn that is almost 4 weeks old and I also breastfeed. The father isnt on the birth certificate and we both are in our last year of highschool. He only sees the newborn once a week for 4 hours because of school. I have tried to work out a visitation plan to where the newborn stays by him one day out the weekend over night ever weekend and he still doesnt agree to that. He says now that he is going to file for 50/50 custody but then also wants to go away for college. I dont know what else I can do and offer. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure but I don't believe a court would grant 50/50 whilst you are breastfeeding. Don't tell him if you're expressing/giving formula.

Baby will need to be with you at this age. After baby is 1 years old he can do overnights
