I am the aunt of a 7 year old boy, I watch the kids 2-3 a week and keep them overnight. My nephew is just so difficult to deal with. He constantly argues, when we’re in stores he dances around and bumps into people. He try’s to bully his sibling. His behavior needs an overhaul, I try to be consistent, I put him in time out, I try to explain your behavior has consequences but it doesn’t seem to be changing much.
My sister and I were in and out of foster care our entire childhood, so no one raised us. We’re nothing doing our best and trying not to hit the kids like we were.
