I've really struggled with my now 14 week old sleep especially naps since she was 5 weeks she fights all sleep and won't sleep in buggy or car has to be rocked and then contact naps however I don't think she is that comfortable contact napping anymore. I've had some success introducing white noise and darker room and this week decided to try get her to take naps if rocked in her pram which has worked for the most part. I'm just wondering though any little noise wakes her she is a very light sleeper and unfortunately all the floors in our house creek, would putting say a radio on while she sleeps help her get used to more noise when sleeping ? Or if anyone has any suggestions?

Good luck it is horrible when nothing seems to work and quite disheartening.
I think you're doing all the right things white noise that's familiar is better than you having to sacrifice yourself. 14 weeks it's a bit young for loose pillows but after another 6 months or so you can think about pillows which can be more comfy.
