Toddler. Almost 2.

need ideas for healthy snacks between meals!

meals are much better than they used to be - he hated any sort of meat but now will have some chicken
eats pasta, rice, noodles
occasional veg (looking to incorporate more somehow) and loves his fruit.
cheese sandwich is always a winner as is Indian food (no chillies)

im just feeling like im failing here with no variety!

If he likes Indian food, you could try making your own samosas?

Or strips of store bought naan bread with dips?

Honestly I wouldn’t worry about it. Morning snack is always choose a biscuit, afternoon snack is always choose from the fruit bowl. It’s hard enough planning and preparing meals that everyone enjoys, I can’t be putting that level of thought into snacks. It’s only supposed to be a small thing to tide you over to the next meal anyway.
