Do I need an expensive footmuff

Clueless ftm. I didn’t even know these existed until 2 days ago and I’ve now been researching and found a million options and I don’t know which to get.
I’ve got a joie Versatrax pram, so think I need a well fitting universal one. Are the ones with synthetic fabrics going to just make her all sweaty and damp?
baby is 3 months, I’m on mat allowance so not much spare cash but if it’s best to get something more expensive I could potentially use savings. Pfb so I want her to be happy!

I got one from vinted for £10, would have been £80 new, and was in great condition, definitely worth getting second hand

Thank you, I’ll have a look at that John Lewis one for now since the baby hates the pram anyway, unless I can find a second hand one

Since I’m asking about warmer travel accessories…
can anyone advise how to keep the baby warm in the carrier, because we do a. Lot of walking with that. Am I best buying a new coat with a panel?

I got a reasonably priced universal one that was water resistant on the outside and fleecy on the inside. I used it through two babies over 7 years. It was well worth it, but we spent a lot of time outside.

@Marshmallowtoastie I just put baby in sling wearing warm booties and hat and cardigan. Then once baby in sling, just used a baby size woolen blanket tucked in over the whole sling, ie tucked in at the top and kinda wrap around baby. You own coat worn open. You could use whatever small warm blanket you have

I spent 120£ on mine it’s lovely and my daughter used it for 3 winters and now my second baby is about to use it and I’d think il hey another 3 years out of it!

so i got my moneys worth!!
