my wife is attending a court appearance soon as her ex husband submitted an application for a child arrangements order and then a prohibition order- to refuse holidays.
They have both submitted their position statements which they agree on the custody for the children however the ex has put “extra bits” in his statement.
both parents to agree hair cuts
only biological parents to book appointments etc
no location tracking etc
my question is will the court ignore his further requests and only deal with the where the children live and the no holidays as that was in his initial application or will they entertain all the other bits he wants to raise ?
