Little one, who is 4 months old, randomly has spots on face and cheek over the last couple of days.
Not sure if this is related to baby acne (although I thought this was up to 3 months) or drooling rash potentially with little one putting hands in his mouth (although it doesn’t look like a rash)
Some spots look red but some look almost raised and colourless - I’ve attached photos to help.
Do I need to put anything on it (if anything) and will it just clear up over time etc?
