Can anyone tell me how on earth you teach a child how to blow their nose? Neither of mine can do it and every time they get a cold or cough it's made a lot worse 'cos they can't clear their nose! Hubby and I have tried tips like:'Imagine you're a dragon and blow the fire out' or 'Snort like a horse! etc. but nothing works. My eldest is really suffering at the mo and this is proving very frustrating for both of us!
