Just that really - what age do babies use baby gyms until?

Do you mean the frame things that you hang stuff from?

They're only interesting to babies until they can roll onto their bellies by themselves. That age varies. About 5 months for mine. After that they were quickly on to crawling and preferred odds and ends from the kitchen/around the house to crawl towards and investigate.

Even when they were younger mine preferred a star projector, or being laid on a crinkly emergency blanket, or being out and about in the pram.

Yes that's what I mean! Great thanks ☺️

If they are my babies approximately 30 seconds unless you are constantly playing with it with them in which case you may as well just dangle toys over them and forget about the gym anyway.

Oh my daughter loved hers until around five months when she could sit up and roll around. She had a one with two arches that she'd play lie on for good chunks of time, and then we got her the Fisher Price piano one which she adored. She'd happily do lots of tummy time on it and loved kicking the keys too. I'd definitely recommend buying them!

ours loved hers til about 6 months and would happily play in it alone for good chunks of time (round about 20-45 mins yes really) that stopped us going mad and allowed us to do things like eat. Get one that plays tunes!

Maybe from 2 months till 5 or 6 months when they start crawling. We did still have one for my 2 as they didn't have many other toys at that age.

We had quite a large one and it got used until 8 months or so and could be turned into a small ball pit after that. My baby really liked it and could be entertained for quite an awhile. Definitely one that plays music.

Hah, exactly the same here with both my kids.

My 5 month old still likes his, he will do 15-20 mins at a time on it. I’m only expecting another month or 2 though as a) he’s getting too long for it (he is big though!) and b) he mostly flips on to his tummy now.

Mine loved them for aaaages, but then they were late crawlers and walkers, so they both kept poking them around for the best part of a year.
