Dummy for flight only?

Has anyone else only used a dummy when travelling on plane and that's it?

LO is 9 months and had one since born until about 4 months where we got rid cold turkey due to multiple multiple night wakes. No issues since. But we're about to go on a 5hr flight and wondering whether to have one as a backup to soothe her if she kicks off...worried she might just want it all the time after though?!

Has anyone else done this and how did it go?

I wouldn’t want to reintroduce the dummy.

That's where I'm leaning...but think just feeling a bit anxious about if she kicks off...😬
