I need to reconfirm my details for tax free childcare but am not sure where we stand due to partner being made redundant in 2 weeks time. He is being paid for his notice period of 3 months plus redundancy pay but not actually working during that time unless he finds a new job. Do we still qualify for the next period since he is being paid for his notice period? Is it OK to tick he is currently employed since this is true for the next 2 weeks?
