Buggy Advice

Hi, can anyone recommend a buggy/stroller that has the following..

Sits completely upright
Pushes nice on grass / rough path etc
Nice sized basket underneath
Will suit Baby from aged 1 to 4

Thank you will have a look as its second buggy wasnt planning on spending that much however I might be able to pick one up on somewhere like marketplace or eBay, maybe
