Move or TTC?

I have one DD who just turned 2. We recently put our flat on the market but it isn’t getting much interest. We also have some pretty bad issues going on with a neighbour with dementia harassing us, and the lift in our building keeps breaking down (we’re on the first floor). If I have to declare the issue about the neighbour then no one is going to buy this place.

I’m 35 early next year and stressing about my biological clock, I also sort of wanted these sleep deprived years out of the way so didn’t want a massive age gap between children. Plus I need a surgery that I can’t have until I’ve finished having kids.

Can I ask what other people would do in my situation? Would you start TTC and hope it all works out? Or wait until you’d moved?

I would always start TTC. A flat move will wait if necessary. Your biology won't.
