Is my baby teething

For the past week my baby has been crying a lot, sounds like screaming at times! She's constantly touching her ear. I went to the doctor and they ruled out an infection. She's drinking more than usual.
Dribbling and putting a fist in her mouth. I've applied teething powder and gel but doesn't seem to make a difference!
also sleeping a lot worse than before due to this pain

Anyone have any idea jf this is teething. She's 4 months

Could be teething. Red cheeks? Looser nappies? Nappy rash? All these things can be signs too.

Teething powders have no medication in them so don’t help. Assuming she is over 5 months tru anbesol liquid and/or nurofen.

Try giving calpol or nurofen and see if she gets relief if it's teething what about the teethers you freeze and let her chew on that to get relief. I'm not looking forward to mine teething so hard seeing them in pain good luck OP

It does sound like teething. Gels and powders are not very helpful. I'd go for painkillers instead - Calpol or nurofen.
