Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice, my sweet baby girl is going thorough a rough patch, she went from sleeping through the night to waking up twice every night and taking 2 hours to go back to sleep every time (mummy and daddy are exhausted!), I can't do anything without her crawling after me crying going mamama and clinging to my leg (adorable but not helpful when your house is a tip and you're trying to clean), she won't nap properly anymore, if you put her down she's sad, if you don't follow her around she's sad, I know I'm her person and she needs me but I'm absolutely exhausted and feeling so touched out, I love her so much but I need 2 minutes to myself! I'm sure it's probably a teething thing plus she seems like she may have a little bit of a cold so I'm sure she's not feeling great but even when she's had Calpol, ibuprofen, bonjella, she's got teething toys she's just not settled or playing independently anymore, I'm due to return to work full time in 1 week as Mat leave is coming to an end! I need help 😭😭

Hi @OnMyJourney could it possibly be separation anxiety, it’s common around this age https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/baby/babies-development/behaviour/separation-anxiety/
I hope it gets better soon, I know how hard it can be when they want you all the time.
