Changing formula to SMA Althera

My DS has been prescribed SMA Althera for suspected CMPA. Is there a better method to transition him onto this? He’s currently formula fed a mix of powder/ready made bottles. When we’ve changed his formula in the past we’ve done it gradually so is this the same?

Hi I knows it's able later on. What did you do in the end she's just been prescribed it now how did you transition did you do it gradually?
