When should I move 10month old into her 4yr old sisters room?

That's it really!

They are both very good sleepers, generally go to sleep without any problem and sleep through unless they are ill. Their bedroom is right next to mine. Would the transition be easier now or shold I wait until she is a bit older? I am not in any hurry, just wondered what you all did.

My DD2 moved in with her big sister at 13 months. DD1 was 4 and 1 month at the time. We had about a month where it was difficult as DD2 adjusted to being in a bed etc, but once she settled down it was fine. They now love sharing and refuse to sleep until the other one is there. I am glad they share and have done from an early age. That said, I don't think there is a right answer - just go with what feels right (we needed the space!)

my dses moved in together when ds1 was 4, ds2 was 18 months. we got new beds and fiddled around with the room so it was "theirs" rather than ds1's and they both really looked forward to it and were very happy with the move. ds1 never really liked being on his own at night so little bro was a good asset......
