Hello, Beautiful Mothers!
Really trying not to sound gimmicky here.
After my own journey with an unplanned C-section, birth trauma, and postpartum preeclampsia, I felt the deep need for real-time support for mothers facing similar challenges.
I found forums lacking that immediate connection, so I decided to create a space where we can connect, share, and support each other live. So I created a space via Discord; a community dedicated to postpartum support.
Why I Chose Discord:
-Real-Time Connection: We can chat live anytime through text or voice. Need advice at 2 AM? See who is around.
- Organized Channels: I’ve set up different channels for topics like physical recovery, emotional support, breastfeeding, and just sharing daily joys and struggles.
- Ease of Use: Discord is easy to navigate on both your phone and computer.
- Events and Workshops: as we grow, I will host live events, Q&As, and workshops with experts and each other.
- Privacy and Safety: It’s a safe, private space where only our community members can see and join discussions.
