FTM to my 5.5 WO EBF baby boy. He hasn't pooed for almost 24 hours (he usually poos at least 4 times). When he finally did go (mid nappy change ofc) this happened....does it look normal? He's always done yellow poos but normally a bit more solid stuff in them, this is very runny.
