Don't know what to do for the best

So my boy will be 7 months old next Thursday. We started weaning properly at 6 months and at the same time he started teething properly. His milk intake has dropped from around 40oz a day to 33-34oz. I'm unsure if this is because of weaning or teething. He cut his first 2 teeth last week but we are not sure if his top 2 might be on the way.

My predicament is whether to drop a bottle. I think he would be happier to go longer between bottles (currently every 3 hours) but I wouldn't feel happy doing this unless he was taking a decent amount at each feed. Today we are trialling 4 bottles to see how he goes but he has only had just short of 6oz for breakfast out of a 9oz bottle, I think his gums were bothering him and I've tried with gels ect but he won't have anymore. He's been having fruity yogurt for breakfast (the only thing he will have really at the minute with his gums) and some food mid afternoon.

Sometimes he will finish 8oz at the minute, sometimes he'll only have 4oz.

I'm unsure on what the best thing to do is. Do I wait until the teething has passed? But he could be like this for another 2 months.

I don't know what to do!
