Quooker tap for bottles

Does anyone else use a quooker or hot tap to prepare bottles? I know the advice is not to use previously boiled water but I cannot see anywhere online whether quooker is suitable as it is constantly at 100 degrees. We only kept our kettle for emergencies and it is over 8 years old so cannot imagine that it is any better!

My youngest is 12, so it's been a while, but array you meant to use fresh water that's been cooled to 70o? If the water is too hot the formula just goes lumpy IME, but as i said , it's been a while.

Do Quooker taps actually maintain the water at 100o the whole time??
