Maternity return

Hello,

I got paid a full salary this month when I am due back next month on the 9th September. My maternity pay break down shows I only get paid for 6 months full which I have and nothing after which is fine.

i am paranoid my workplace trying to get rid of me hence why paid my a salary before i return?

How long have you been on maternity leave?
After 6 months you'd still be entitled to another 3 months of SMP before having 3 months unpaid leave.

Have you got a period of annual leave on the end of your maternity leave? This will be paid at full salary. Otherwise I would contact your payroll to discuss- they can't just get rid of you!

For a year and 1 month. I did do 1 month holiday so it just be that.

I think it’s my 1 month holiday pay! Thank you
