DD is 7mo and she won’t nap lately apart from cat naps. Naps a bit longer if held but I have an older child so can’t always do this

of a night is so light waking multiple times hourly and only sleeps in my arms

so basically I’m not Sleeping?

ny eldest didn’t do this so I don’t know what to do I’m so exhausted😭

So currently after her bottle we rock to sleep (give her dummy too)
she used to be bf to sleep but we’re fully switched to bottles now so don’t breastfeed

Are her teeth comming out?
Mine was always horrible sleepers when in pain untill I gave them calpol.
Try going for two naps a day. Like 10 to 11 and 15 to 16.

@Niamm this may be why possibly - I know some people will disagree but they may wake and want to be back the way they fell asleep. I use to rock and feed to sleep before the sleep training so absolutely no judgement at all.

Now my baby can get himself to sleep without my help he naps and sleeps much longer stretches.

He still comes in bed to Cosleep after his feed but that's more my convenience as I bring him to bed for it!
