Hello just wondering if anyone has any experience of chronic worms? My son is getting them over and over. We have done everything - Ovex over and over. Hygiene etc. He has now had them for 3 weeks. We Ovexed and it took 4 days to ease off then we ovexed again just in case but now they are back AGAIN. He is so upset about it. Doctor said there isn't anything else they can give. We are just at our wits end with it. Anyone have any advice/experience? Could it be something else? Many thanks.

Have you treated whole family and stripping bedding regularly and towels? Nails trimmed? Can he get to bottom at night if so stop it somehow.

How old is your son ? One of my young primary DC just seems to get them every few months. He's a bit of a nail biter which doesn't help. I now ovex us all about every 6 months and hope they will grow out of it. It really not a big deal..I was so freaked out by them at first and washed and quarantined everything, read all the horror stories online ete. Don't bother with all the washing now. Apparently 40% of kids have them at any given time!
