Petrified of SIDS

Hello I know this post has been done several times before but I'm so scared of sids happening to my baby. She is four weeks old and she has reflux, which I have heard has been linked to SIDS when I stupidly googled it. It's not the external factors I worry about so much. I'm just petrified she is going to stop breathing, or choke because of the reflux!! Please help

I was like this. It was a manifestation of general anxiety I think, but I had the Snuza hero and it helped put my mind at rest a lot. I liked that you could literally hear it ticking so I knew it was all ok, and the alarm was incredibly loud so I had no concern about sleeping through it. This is one of those times where if spending a bit of money makes you feel a bit better then definitely do it.
