How to help 4 year old

I'm feeling like a really shit mom at the moment. My daughter 4.5 is on her school holidays and she just doesn't seem happy. For context I strongly believe she is AuDHD. She struggles to socialise with other children and I struggle to help her myself.
I don't drive but try my best to do things with them whenever we can, soft play, baking, playground etc and then days out at the weekend.

But she seems sad to me. She only wants to watch YouTube kids which I'm trying to wean her off but it's difficult. I'm worried that I am projecting on her as I was the "odd" kid growing up who never fitted in.

Sometimes I can tell she wants to play with other kids but she is unsure how and the interactions don't go anywhere. I feel like when I think about her I just think in terms of what she struggles with and not the positives. Any advice please?
