Therapy for 5 year old

My daughter(5) has brought up several times over the last 18 months about being hurt by a big girl while we were on holiday. She was never out of my sight and I'm not sure what could have happened but she is often talking about a wobbly feeling and has said she hasn't been happy since. She is quite withdrawn. Would therapy be helpful here?
Thanks so much

At this age, most therapy is play therapy. You could give it a go and explore what’s available - likely private as I don’t think there would be much in schools/nhs for this. Alternatively, you could look into some books to start conversation or do some play with dolls etc yourself just to see what stories she tells?
