I am moving my just turned 3 year old from sleeping bags to a duvet. Should I start with a toddler size or just go straight for a single one?
what tog is recommended?

What size bed are they in? A single in a toddler bed would absolutely drown the poor sausage

Are they in a toddler bed or single bed?
At this time of year 4.5tog should be sufficient. If it's a toddler bed then the maximum tog recommended is 4.5tog anyway.

Yep, it depends on bed size. Cot beds need a cot bed sized duvet else they'll be swamped. I got a kids duvet and pillow set, I think they maybe 4.5 tog. I use just a blanket in hot weather

Put it on sideways and tuck it under.

Turn it sideways and tuck it in. Best tip I’ve heard from MN.

It works really well - so much tuck that you can trap them real tight. 😆

Came here to say turn it sideways and tuck it in.
