Baby acne

Hi

I have a 6 week old baby girl who I think has baby acne she also has it at the back of her neck also, just wanted to know what you guys used to help?

Leave baby acne alone. It will heal all by itself without any kind of treatment.

DD had loads of baby acne all over her face, she looked permanently red and angry poor thing, but I left it alone and it cleared up. Took 3 to 4 weeks to go
