Please don't come at me but I don't no if my child is my exes but he is on birth certificate can I do a dna and get name changed

Yes you'd need to do it through an approved lab and contact them directly for prices - if the guy agrees to it. If he doesn't agree to it you'd have to apply through the court so they can make him do it. There's a fee for this. See info here https://www.gov.uk/get-a-dna-test
