9 week old - diarrhoea and mucus?

Baby is 9 weeks old. When I changed him this morning he had a little trickle of yellow water coming from his bottom, cleaned him up and that was that. About 1.5 hours later he pooed, but it was looser than usual, not water, but had a bit of mucus in it.
now about 1.5 hours later again he’s just done another, but this time with mucus that’s a bit darker and I’m questioning if it’s got some blood flecks in it. He’s completely happy in himself, feeding as usual (6oz 3 hourly) he is formula fed

im freaking out, wondering if he has some kind of stomach bug and what I should be doing if it continues throughout the day like this.

pic to show last nappy. He usually poo’s 2x per day and is always somewhere between a toothpaste or playdoh consistency
so worried x

That doesn’t look overly concerning, their poo can change and occasionally be a bit looser.

As long as he’s ok in himself, no temperature or vomiting, I wouldn’t worry. Make sure he’s getting plenty milk and keep an eye on him.
