Hello,

i contacted cms last year to get payments finally sorted via my ex. Everything was ok via direct debit until April when payments stopped coming and would randomly come as and when he felt like it, so I asked for the case to be moved fo collect pay, ex is saying he has had no contact from cms, isn’t in arrears and isn’t paying them via collect pay. He has sent me a screen shot of texts from cms but I’ve noticed the case number ends in 10 where as mine ends in 01 do you think there is a mix up, or do we have different case numbers as the letters I’ve got don’t match his texts he refuses to call them or set up an account. So I don’t know where I stand. Csa just say they will get hold of him when they can but even the arrears my end are to high to what he actually owes
