Toddler growth

Anyone else have big toddlers?
My boy is 21 mknths and in 98th centile for weight and height. He was born on 91st centile.
Does this mean he's overweight?
I can get quite upset and triggered by weight and am panicking about his 2 year review.
He eats home cooked food, rarely sweets etc. But seems to just love food. I don't know if he's genuinely hungry or just asking for "nack" because he likes food?
Any advice appreciated!

If he’s on the same centile for height and weight he’s not overweight. My daughter was 50th for height and 98th for weight and I was told of weight is 2 centiles above the height centile the child is overweight. It sounds like you’re doing a great job and don’t need to worry about the 2 year check.

DN has always been in the 98th for both. She's beautifully in proportion.
