To need a break?

I have a 7 month old daughter I’m 3 months pregnant, I’ve been feeling pretty down the past few days and asked my mum to take my youngest for a few days but she isn’t able to. My partner keeps asking what’s wrong so I told him, I need a break. His response, a break from what? She dosent do anything? Apparently I don’t do anything either when I get a break. Am I just over thinking this.

You are going to have a tiny age gap between your babies. You are going to need all the help you can get. Tell him he needs to step up now and accept any help you can get from your Mum.
